Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact and the package is securely sealed.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
